The opportunity

Why this role matters

Paralegals are often a client’s main point of contact. You will gather information and supporting evidence from clients, keep them informed about the preparation process, and help them navigate an immigration process that can be stressful for clients. You will prepare accurate forms and complete case packages for attorney review, so attorneys can focus on legal strategy and make the final decisions.

The work

The work and the opportunity

You will work on a variety of immigration cases alongside attorneys with former USCIS experience. You will see how the team approaches different cases, develop your skills, and make a direct contribution to the quality of our filings.

  • Communicate with clients in Russian or English by phone, video call, or email to gather information and supporting evidence.
  • Prepare forms and organize evidence into complete case packages for attorney review.
  • Review documents for missing or inconsistent information and follow up with clients to resolve it.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and keep track of the next steps needed to move each case forward.
  • Work remotely from anywhere in the world.

What you can expect

Learn while doing work that matters

You will work with Ekaterina and Elena, two former USCIS officers who now advocate for clients. You will learn their approach through real cases while contributing your own ideas and judgment.
